The Jacksonville Transportation Authority will resume normal transit operations on Thursday, Sept. 5, at regularly scheduled times.

This includes all fixed bus routes, First Coast Flyer BRT lines, ReadiRide, regional services and the Skyway.

The St. Johns River Ferry will remain closed until ports reopen and it is safe to operate.

Connexion and Connexion Plus para-transit services also will resume normal operations Thursday morning.

A complete list of schedules for specific routes and services can be found here. Administrative offices will reopen at 8 a.m.

JTA officials will continue to monitor Dorian’s pass of the Northeast Florida coastline and are working with the city of Jacksonville Emergency Operations Center and our partner agencies to shift any resources necessary to assist in recovery. This includes helping evacuees return to staging areas and transporting utility crews as they continue restoration efforts.

Customer Service representatives are available at (904) 630-3100 from 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturdays to answer any questions or concerns.
