The United Way of Northeast Florida is looking to shape its strategic direction by launching a survey to figure out where the needs are the greatest in the area.
The survey opened today and will be active through Jan. 24 at 5 p.m. You can go here to fill out the survey on your computer. If you don’t have internet access, you can text SURVEY21 to 50503 or call (904) 390-3260 to participate.
Anyone in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau or Baker counties can fill out the survey to help the United Way with data that might be useful, especially since the coronavirus pandemic has hit so many people hard over the last year.
The United Way says people struggling financially due to the pandemic are particularly important in this survey.
Nearly 40% of households in Northeast Florida struggled to make ends meet before the pandemic hit, according to the United Way, so the organization is working to figure out how the number has changed because of the coronavirus outbreak.
