Two years after they split, Kelly Clarkson and now former-husband Brandon Blackstock have finalized their divorce, multiple media outlets are reporting.
Entertainment Tonight reported that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has approved the divorce agreement, giving Clarkson primary custody of the couple’s two children — River, 7, and Remington, 5, and will live with them in Los Angeles.
Blackstock will have the children one weekend a month, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Clarkson will also have to pay Blackstock more than $1.3 million in a one-time payment and a monthly child support payment of $45,601, People magazine reported. She will also have to pay $150,000 a month in spousal support, which she was ordered to pay last July.
Clarkson will get both properties they own in Montana, but Blackstock will be staying at one temporarily and will have to pay his ex-wife $2,000 a month until he moves.
The Blast was first to report on the divorce settlement and obtained the court documents.
Clarkson was legally declared single in August, Entertainment Tonight reported.
