A Los Angeles court on Tuesday ordered the rapper-turned-mogul to pay Young, 51, $293,306 monthly in spousal support, People reported. The payment covers the expenses of the couple’s California homes in Malibu and Pacific Palisades and Young’s health insurance, according to the website.

The first payment is due Aug. 1, according to MarketWatch.

The agreement will remain in place until Young remarries or enters into a new domestic partnership, according to court documents. The agreement will be voided if either Dr. Dre, whose real name is Andre Romelle Young, or Nicole Young die, or if there is a “further order of the court.”

Dr. Dre has an estimated worth of $800 million, according to Forbes.

The couple shares two children: Truce Young, 24, and Truly Young, 20, People reported.

Nicole Young filed to end the couple’s 24-year marriage in June 2020, the Los Angeles Times reported. The filing came a month after Dr. Dre was declared legally single, People reported. That ruling came several months after Nicole Young accused the music producer of physical and emotional abuse during their relationship, the Times reported. Dr. Dre has denied those allegations, according to the newspaper.
