JACKSONVILLE. Fla. — A man died on his way to the hospital Tuesday morning after he was shot on Silver Street. The other victim, believed to be his girlfriend, drove herself to surgery.
After further investigation, police found the silver Charger she drove to the hospital actually belonged to the first victim.
Both are believed to be dating and in their 30s.
Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office say a neighbor called 911 complaining about the two talking loudly in the streets. No other witnesses have come forward.
No suspects are in custody, but police say they could be on foot.
