You don’t have to wear a face mask anymore in city facilities in St. Augustine.
The City of St. Augustine says that goes for members of the public looking to conduct business or attend public meetings.
“Masks are still highly encouraged in crowded areas, per CDC guidelines,” says St. Augustine City Manager John Regan. “And with that being said, I would also like to remind the public to remain respectful of each other’s personal wishes when it comes to wearing or not wearing a mask.”
The City is also reminding people to continue practicing good hygiene amid the pandemic. Tips include washing hands as often as possible, cleaning surfaces that are touched often and practicing social distancing when possible.
