The owner of a jewelry store that was being robbed confronted the robbers and smashed a pickle jar over one's head.
Police told WSB-TV that a group of people robbed a jewelry store in Sandy Springs. The owner of the store was eating lunch across the street and saw the group smashing glass inside, police said.
Surveillance video shows the store owner running over and attacking one of the robbers, whom he then held down until police arrived.

The other robbers led police on a chase down I-285. The robbers crashed into a driver on Glenridge Road, and at least one of them ran.

All three suspects were later taken into custody, police said Saturday night.
