Jacksonville, Fl — Polls in Northeast Florida are open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on this Election Day. Early voting turnout in Duval County set a record, and Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland says it’s possible the 2008 turnout record of 77% could be broken.

10:00 am update - FBI Jacksonville has established a local election command post to coordinate with local and state partners across North Florida. The purpose of the command post is to ensure FBI Jacksonville is well-positioned to respond to any election security issue that may arise, including federal election crimes, threats to election workers, foreign malign influence operations, cyber threats, and acts of domestic terrorism.

9:00 am update - Turnout in St. Johns County is at 71% with more than 10,700 ballots cast in the first two hours of voting.
8:00 update: Jacksonville’s Morning News spoke live with Senator Rick Scott, who started his Election Day tour of Florida in Jacksonville. He said he’s won office based on Jacksonville support throughout the years.
Brian Kilmeade is hoping that, whomever wins the race for the White House, Americans will be able to accept the result and come together.
