Jacksonville, Fl. — A teenager is recovering after he was shot while walking in the Moncreif area on Tuesday night.
The 15-year-old told police he was walking on West 13th Street when a white Hyundai Sonata drove by with several people inside. Someone in the car then started shooting at the teen.

Police were talking to witnesses on the scene, but were unable to provide any motive or a tag number of the car.
