For several years we have sent text alerts to your phone to give you a heads up when there is a big traffic problem and dangerous storms.
But as behaviors change, we are making a change as well. WOKV will phase out text alerts at the end of August.
However, we will continue to deliver timely, accurate coverage of breaking news, traffic alerts, and severe weather in the News 104.5 App.
