Winter Storm: Overnight curfew declared for Brantley County

BRANTLEY COUNTY, Ga. — The Brantley County Government announced Wednesday that it will implement an overnight curfew because of potentially hazardous road conditions caused by the winter storm.

The curfew will remain in effect from 6 p.m. Wednesday evening through 7 a.m. Thursday morning.

Unless there is an emergency, all residents are expected to stay off the roads. EMS and deputies will still be available in case of emergency calls.

Schools will be canceled again on Thursday, January 23rd.

All Brantley County Recreation Department activities are also canceled for Thursday.
