A Jacksonville man was arrested Monday after police said he broke into his neighbor’s home and stole her underwear.
Nicolas Rojas, 56, was charged with burglarizing an occupied dwelling.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s office said Rojas entered the woman’s garage multiple times to her Southside home near Old Kings Rd. and took her underwear.
The report said the woman watched the suspect on her video system and decided to confront him the third time he went into her garage. The suspect allegedly asked the victim if she had any lemons and then returned to his home.
According to the report, Rojas admitted to the woman that he took her undergarment, but did not return it. He went back to her home later to apologize for his actions.
The victim provided police with multiple videos that showed Rojas entering her garage.
Rojas was released from jail after posting his $35,003 bond.
