Jacksonville, FL — A call about a suspicious vehicle in the World Golf Village ends with two teens arrested and one suspect still wanted by law enforcement.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office tells us they found two 15-years-olds walking along International Golf Parkway at I-95 early Tuesday morning, with two guns either in their possession or nearby.
Deputies say their investigation revealed the two teens were traveling with another suspect, when their vehicle broke down on Sandlake Drive, so they split up to allegedly break into vehicles to find one to steal.
The third suspect apparently found a 2011 Nissan Frontier with the keys inside on Paradas Place, but before he could swing back to pick up the other two, he fled the area and still has not been found.
The two teens in custody have been identified as Chaddrick Daniels and Nehemiah Harden. They're charged with grand theft auto and carrying a concealed weapon.
If you have any information about this investigation or the third outstanding suspect, you're urged to contact Detective Robert Kukar at the Sherrif's Office at (904) 495-8072 or by email at rkukar@sjso.org.
