Jacksonville, FL — More than six hours after a crash and fuel leak, traffic on I-95 in St. Johns County is still not fully back to normal. All northbound lanes of I-95 at State Road 16/St. Augustine Outlets exit were closed after a semi truck was involved in a crash with at least one other vehicle around 5:30 am.
FDOT says a fuel leak forced crews to have to empty the tank on the truck before they’re able to remove the truck.
