Jacksonville, Fl — A crash involving serious injuries had blocked all southbound lanes of I-95 just south of 9B at the Duval/St. Johns County line much of the morning.
As of 9:30 am, two of three southbound lanes had reopened and FHP says as of 10:18 am all southbound lanes reopened.
WOKV’s Jacob Pickering reports two medical helicopters responded to the scene shortly after the crash around 6:20 am.
