Jacksonville, Fl — Our run of dry, very warm days is about to end. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh is tracking isolated showers for today. It stays very warm and humid with temperatures near 80,
We will see some sunshine at times but overall it will be cloudy. Saturday looks to be a wet day with rain and storms. A few storms could produce strong wind gusts south of I-10.

Overall, Buresh says we’ll have 100% rain coverage with 1-3′' and locally more. Isolated severe storms are possible with strong winds and hail being the greatest threats. Showers will linger overnight Saturday into early Sunday.
Sunshine will gradually return by Sunday but it’s going to be breezy and much cooler with temperatures not getting out of the 50s. Super Bowl parties outdoors may require extra layers and outdoor heaters.
Monday will start with inland frost eventually melting away thanks to sunshine. It’s going be cool in the upper 60s, which is near average for mid-February.
Tuesday starts another warming trend with sunshine and temperatures into the mid-70s.
