ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — St. Johns County Utilities and the City of St. Augustine are hosting a special recycling event on Wednesday.

You’ll be able to drop off used cooking oil, outdated and broken electronics, batteries, and holiday light strands.
The recycling event is happening from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

You can drop off your materials at two places:
- 25 W. Castillo Drive (Francis Field downtown)
- 840 West 16th Street on Anastasia Island, behind the SJC Parks and Recreation Office.
Paper shredding is not being offered at this event.
