Spooktacular coming back to the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens

Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is hosting its annual Spooktacular event in October.

Guest will be allowed to come in their Halloween costumes and enjoy the zoo lit up at night.

Throughout parts of the zoo, there will floating, lurking eyes and spooky noises.

Guest will be able to view mythical beings and receive candy throughout the “spooky” walk.

The event will be hosted from Oct. 14-16, 20-23, and 27-31. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 9:30 p.m. on these days.

Spooktacular features activities for all ages, from trick-or-treating to scare zones.
