ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — A project that will include some affordable housing is being proposed for the World Golf Village area.
The development would be on 18.5 acres of land located on the east side of Pacetti Road, between Samara Lakes Parkway and Terracina Drive.

The project will include up to 64 townhomes and 30% of them will be affordable to low- and moderate-income households.
A community meeting to discuss the project will be held Monday at 6 p.m. at Pacetti Bay Middle School in St. Augustine.
