Ga. police offer $10K for killer's arrest

Police in Glynn County, Georgia are still searching for a shooter that killed a 49-year-old Jacksonville man while he changed a tire alongside Interstate 95.

Richard Hollis, a former executive with Bubba Burger, was doing some quick maintenance on his car near exit 42 on I-95 in Glynn County when he was killed by an unknown gunman.  As of Tuesday, the Glynn County Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who provides them with information that leads to the shooter's arrest.

Police want to talk to anyone who was in that area between 4:30 and 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, September 10.  They're also looking for several vehicles that may have been connected to the incident, specifically a small to midsize red or maroon sedan, a grey Ford pickup, and a green pickup towing a trailer.  Cops think the grey pickup may have stopped to help Hollis at some point.

Anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the suspect vehicles is asked to call the Glynn County Police Department at 912-554-7802 or Silent Witness at 912-264-1333.
