If you saw a helicopter circling in the Neptune Beach/Atlantic Beach area Tuesday afternoon, there's a good reason.
Police were searching for three suspects, after a chase involving a stolen car. Officers had attempted to pull the car over near Flagler High School, but the people inside took off on foot.
We're told one of the suspects was initially detained, but the other two were caught later at Jack Russell Park on Seminole Road.
Atlantic Beach Elementary School was temporarily placed on lockdown during the search, but that has been lifted.
