Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying a man, they believe may have information about a recent murder investigation.
JSO didn't initially provide any details about which murder investigation or why they believe this man may know something. But on Thursday, JSO released new video, saying this man may have info about the murder of Jessie Sumlar.
