The US Marshal Service and St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office had announced a search for 21-year-old Jack Elijah Turner, who previously lived in St. Augustine.
Turner is wanted for theft in Pennsylvania, and is considered a person of interest in the recent deaths of his step mother and his 10-year-old half brother, according to WPXI. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Shannon Whitman and her son, who was not named, were found shot inside their home last weekend. A family member returned home to find them.
Turner is accused of stealing Whitman’s 2009 Lincoln MKS with a Pennsylvania registration #KXW5126.
