Jacksonville, FL — Four days after a woman was hit and killed on Jacksonville's westside, police do not have any description of the vehicle that hit her.
JSO has publicly identified the victim as 56-year-old Anna Marie Kelsey. She was crossing Lane Avenue near San Juan just before 10pm Friday when the vehicle hit her.
Kelsey lived near the sight of the crash, and police say there were no witnesses to what happened.
This was Jacksonville’s 99th traffic fatality for 2017, according to JSO.
