The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a person is in custody, following a shooting on Breckenridge Boulevard.
The person who was shot is in stable condition, according to CCSO. They believe this victim and the suspect know each other, and they’re speaking with that suspect and other witnesses who were in the home.
As a result of this investigation, CCSO says they have a presence around Silos Park as well.
