One dead following fire at southside gentleman’s club

Jacksonville, Fl — A man is dead and an investigation is underway after a fire at a gentlemen’s club on Jacksonville’s southside.

JSO and JFRD were called to Mascaras on Southside Boulevard just after 10 pm Sunday night in reference to a fire. There they discovered a man dead inside of the building.

The victim’s identity has not been released and a cause of death will be determined following an autopsy. We’re working to learn what sparked the fire.
