The deal is reportedly four years, $88 million. The Jags have not officially announced the signing yet.

Once everything is official, reports say the Jags will part ways with Blake Bortles. Bortles had struggled to generate offense, even as the defense stood strong. The offensive performance ultimately led Head Coach Doug Marrone to take Bortles out of the starting spot for a couple of games this past season.
The #Jaguars are expected to release QB Blake Bortles when QB Nick Foles’ deal is official and signed, I’m told. Will be a few days. But Bortles will be free.

The Associated Press reports Foles went 4-1 in the postseason and 6-2 in the regular season over the last two years, when he stood in for Carson Wentz on the Philadelphia Eagles. Foles was also named the 2018 Super Bowl MVP.
