Vice President, Office Specialist Patrick Carney and Senior Vice President Patrick Buckley brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Woodside Capital Partners. The tenant, ABA Centers of Florida, was represented by Chuck Diebel and Nancy Erickson of Colliers.
Located at the intersection of I-295, Jacksonville’s Beltway, and SR 202, the 14,750-square-foot lease helps provide the ABA Centers of Florida with a hub linking beachside communities to downtown Jacksonville.
