Last day of school moved for DCPS students

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The last day of school for Duval County Public School students has been moved. The last day of school for students is now June 3.

In a new 2019-2020 academic calendar approved by the school board on Monday, the last day of school, May 29, was moved to June 3. The last three days, June 1, June 2, and June 3, were initially weather days. They are now school days in order to makeup lost time from the extended spring break.
