Jacksonville, FL — UPDATE: Norman Cunningham, 77, out of Jacksonville has been located safely, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man with Alzheimer’s out of the downtown area.
Officers say 77-year-old Norman Wayne Cunningham was first reported missing just before 5 am Thursday, September 24, near North Ocean Street downtown.
The complainant told police that Cunningham takes required medication for his Alzheimer’s, and they don’t believe he took his medication on Thursday.
Cunningham was reportedly last seen walking southbound on Ocean Street toward the St Johns River.
Cunningham’s described as a black male, 5′10, 140 lbs, brown eyes and black and grey hair, wearing a black pajama outfit with a “Coca Cola” logo and black shoes.
Anyone with information on Cunningham’s whereabouts is asked to contact JSO at 904-630-0500.
