JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Economic Crimes Unit is searching for any additional victims of a man arrested for Organized Fraud.

The man, Johan Portillla-Guzman, posed as a licensed contractor through his company, Pro-Remodeling. After receiving payment, he would ghost victims and scam them out of tens of thousands of dollars.
