JSO looking for two men in connection to shooting in NW Jax

Jacksonville FL — Jacksonville Police are looking for two men in connection to a shooting on the Northwest side Thursday. Police say, witnesses told them, two men started shooting at another man while he was walking on Cleveland Road at about 10:30 in the morning. JSO says one round hit a 17-year-old girl who was in the back seat of a van parked in the parking lot at the Vista Landing Apartments. We’re told she was visiting a family member when she was hit and the round didn’t penetrate her skin. JSO says she was treated at the scene.

Right now, police say they are looking for an older white Chevy car, last seen with two black men inside who were wearing hoodies, in connection to this shooting.
