Jacksonville, FL — For the 5th time this year, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is announcing the arrest of one of their own.
JSO says Corrections Officer Stephen Tilley, 27, is charged with one count of first-degree misdemeanor of sexual cyber-harassment of another person.
According to UnderSheriff Pat Ivey, the charge stems from an incident involving Tilley's ex-girlfriend.
"After the break-up, Mr. Tilley, through social media channels, posted inappropriate material to include photographs of his ex, which is in violation of state statute," explains Ivey.

Ivey says the victim in this case was made aware of the photos on Instagram and contacted JSO.
JSO is placing Tilley on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings. After the criminal process wraps up, Tilley will still have to through an administrative process, which could lead to his termination from the force.
Tilley is a 5-year veteran of JSO.
