Jacksonville, FL — JEA is investigating what led to a power outage Thursday afternoon, that affected nearly 11,000 customers at its peak.
JEA says so far, workers have been able to determine that a transformer at the Greenland Substation went out, affecting two circuits.
We're told that workers have been testing the system and isolating the issue, which has led to power gradually being restored for residents and businesses in the area.
