Jacksonville Beach attorney and fugitive Jeffrey Martin Hanly was arrested in Washington State on Wednesday.
A warrant was issued for his arrest in December 2011. The 36-year-old is charged with one count of Grand Theft.
Hanly is accused of misappropriating tens of thousands of dollars in client trust funds between November 2004 and November 2010.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit brought Hanly back to the Fourth Judicial Circuit late Wednesday evening.
Hanly’s bond is set at $100,003.
The join investigation was handled by the State Attorney’s Office and The Florida Bar.
Hanly was disbarred by the Florida Supreme Court in February 2012.
