Jacksonville, FL — The City of Jacksonville announced the return of its annual Jazz Festival, but this year it will be in the fall.
Last year the annual festival was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 40th anniversary of the festival will be celebrated with free entertainment from jazz artists. The musical lineup has not been released yet.
Kicking off the event will be a jazz piano competition on Sept. 29 at the Florida Theatre.
More information will be released about the Sacred Jazz Brunch and the Jazz Jam at a later date.
