JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The walk-up COVID-19 testing site at the Legends Center will move to a new location temporarily today.
That new location will be at the Lincoln Villa Senior Center at 7866 New Kings Road. The site will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The city said the move is being made so that the Legends Center can be sanitized in preparation for it to be used as an early voting site.

Testing at the Legends Center will resume after elections are over.
Over the weekend, the Florida Department of Health reported 5,570 additional COVID-19 cases and 180 more deaths statewide. In Duval County, 287 new cases and nine new deaths were reported. Duval County is now at 483 COVID-19 related deaths since March.
