Free college scholarship fair happening on Saturday

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The 100 Black Men of Jacksonville, Inc. is hosting its 22nd Annual Infinite Scholars College Fair on Jan. 18.

More than 30 schools will be in attendance, including various historically black colleges and universities.

Some schools will even be offering scholarships on the spot.

Students should bring a high school transcript, admission test scores (if taken), two letters of recommendation, a resume, and an essay on “Why I want to go to college.”

The event is happening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jessie Ball DuPont Center.
