The Atlanta Braves had a special guest at Thursday evening's game.
The Braves tweeted out a photo of former President Jimmy Carter at Thursday's game against the Blue Jays.
Carter was even seen on the Kiss Cam giving first lady Rosalynn Carter a kiss.
The former president is no stranger at Braves games, but he has had several public appearances this week after last month's announcement about his cancer diagnosis.
Tuesday, Carter spoke at the Carter Center on many topics, including his treatment for cancer.
Carter said he's received two of four cancer treatments already.
He said doctors will not allow him to go to Ghana for a four-day meeting focusing on women's rights.
But Carter said he is looking forward to celebrating his 91st birthday in just a few weeks.
Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter choked up as she thanked so many people for the outpouring of support and prayers.
"In spite of what's going on, it's been kind of wonderful just to know we have that kind of support, and also Jimmy's attitude is helping," Rosalynn Carter said.
It was the first time Rosalynn has spoken publicly about her husband's cancer diagnosis.
Wednesday evening, Carter spoke to incoming freshmen at Emory University.
Carter refused to sit and spoke standing at a podium.
Carter briefly recapped his diagnosis with melanoma and the treatment he has received, stumbling over the drug's chemical name pembrolizumab.
"I'm in good spirits," Carter said. "I'm prepared for anything that comes. My wife is a little less prepared than I've been, but she's getting on fine."
Carter's briefest response of the night came when asked whether he had any thoughts about the Republican presidential primary debate happening simultaneously.
"No," he said, sparking loud laughter in the gym.
