Jacksonville, FL — Both the North and South prongs of Black Creek are expected to at least enter action stage, if not flood stage on Monday.
No emergency actions are expected at this point, according to the Clay County Office of Emergency Management.
Debris operations across Clay County have been suspended on Sunday due to the inclement weather conditions. Operations are set to resume on Monday.
Department of Children and Families (DCF) in partnership with U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be implementing Food for Florida Disaster Food Assistance Program to those impacted by Hurricane Irma in Clay and Putnam County:
Oct. 4 – 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., agencies will be at the Clay County Fairgrounds, 2497 State Road 16 West, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
