JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather team said it’s going to start warming up a bit in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

Here’s what you can expect:
- Chilly Thursday night, but not as cold as last night with a wide range in low temperatures from the 30s inland to the 50s at the beaches.
- Gusty winds off the Atlantic Friday through the weekend will also bring some moisture ashore with some clouds and a few brief showers. Still plenty of dry hours.
- Highs will moderate into the 60s Friday and low 70s over the weekend, but the winds will make it feel cooler, especially at and near the coast and along the St. Johns River. There will be a high rip current risk at area beaches.
- The warming trend will continue into much of next week.
