First Alert Weather: One more freeze before a much-needed warming trend

First Alert Weather

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather team is forecasting just one more freeze for now, before a warming trend over the next week.

Saturday morning was the coldest morning of this winter (so far), with JIA temperatures dropping down to 26 degrees.

The day has been nice, sunny and cool.

Tonight’s cold again, with freezes inland and frost all the way to the beaches.

Sunday will be a bit warmer than Saturday while staying sunny.

Monday morning, we aren’t going to freeze!

Morning temps will steadily work their way into the 40s & 50s through the week. Daytime highs will steadily work their way into the 70s by Wednesday.

Onshore winds will pick up Thursday, knocking the temps back briefly before we warm right back up into the weekend.
