First Alert Weather: Breezy and chilly Monday evening for the Jacksonville area

The First Alert Weather Team said Christmas Day will be dry, before a few brief showers return at the end of the week.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Breezy winds and chilly temperatures in the 50s this evening
  • Morning lows drop to the mid to upper 40s around Jacksonville and lower 50s for St. Johns county
  • Low 40s tomorrow morning west of Jacksonville
  • Clouds gradually clear tomorrow as highs make it back to the lower to mid-60s
  • Christmas Eve nighttime plans will be chilly in the 50s.
  • Christmas morning will bring partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 40s and 50s.
  • Christmas Day will be dry under a partly cloudy sky. Highs will reach the mid-60s.
  • A few brief showers return for the end of the week.
