JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol has said that one person is dead following a crash this morning near the Copper Hill neighborhood.

The crash happened on Dunn Avenue and Bridges Road around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Mar. 27.
According to the FHP crash report, a dump truck was traveling east on Dunn Avenue when it veered off the road and overturned.
The 48-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. He was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt.
