Jacksonville, FL — School leaders in Duval County are acting after 16-year-old shot and killed a 19-year-old man and injured two students after a high school football game between Raines and Lee High School.
Superintendent Diana Greene announced that games expected to draw big crowds will either take place Thursday early Thursday evening or Saturday mornings.
