Woman murdered at Arlington apartment with children inside, man believed to be husband arrested

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police say a woman was stabbed to death early Friday inside her Jacksonville apartment with her three children inside.

Nathan Rines, 40, who is believed to be the victim’s husband, has now been charged with second-degree murder, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Police say the three children were in the room when the stabbing occurred but none were injured.
