Action News Jax has obtained the arrest report for the mother of the 4-year-old who died in Jacksonville Beach Tuesday evening.

The report stated that Jacksonville Fire and Rescue received a call for an unresponsive juvenile at a home on Republic Drive.

According to the report, the person that called 911 was the father. He said that a 4-year-old was not breathing and that the mother of the child tried to “tried to kill” him. The father said he attempted CPR on the child.

When JFRD got to the home, the child was unresponsive on the floor. He was transported to the hospital where he later died, the reports states.

The father of the son forced himself into the bathroom. A JFRD personnel entered the bathroom to see if she needed medical assistance.

According to the report, Oliver was in nothing but her underwear.

The JFRD personal left the bathroom and closed the door to keep Oliver locked in there, the report states.

Officers were later to place her into custody. JFRD transferred her to the hospital.

Once Oliver is medically cleared, she will be transported to the Duval County Jail.
