The Baptist & Wolfson’s Emergency Town Center location received the 2024 Guardian of Excellence Award®, while The Wolfson Children’s Emergency Center at Baptist South received the 2024 Pinnacle of Excellence Award®.
The Guardian of Excellence Award® honors organizations that through patients' direct feedback, have had exceptional care. It recognizes the ‘best of the best’ in patient satisfaction within the health care industry.
“We are incredibly proud of our team and their commitment to excellence and teamwork in providing a consistently superior patient experience,” said Tammy Daniel, DNP, MA, RN, NEA-BC, executive vice president and chief nursing officer of Baptist Health.
The Press Ganey Pinnacle of Excellence Award® recognizes organizations that top 4 categories: clinical quality, patient experience, physician care, and consumer experience. The award is based on performance for designated survey measures, including likelihood to recommend, overall rating, and teamwork of staff.
