JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Months after closing down its only brick-and-mortar location, Mixed Fillings Pie Shop is making a return.
In a post to social media Friday, owner Natasha Burton said to “dust off your pie-eating pants and get ready for the next chapter. This isn’t just a comeback. It’s a love letter to Jacksonville, signed, sealed, and baked to perfection”.

The Jacksonville-based, family-owned pastry shop will have a new permanent location on Adams Street in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville.
The store is aiming for a grand opening in March - meaning you’ll be able to grab a fresh slice in time for Pi Day 2025 (3/14).

Mixed Fillings closed up its Park Street location in 5 Points back in August of 2024.
At the time, Burton posted on social media that they had been “served with an eviction notice ... for withholding rent for July due to ongoing disputes and unresolved maintenance issues with our landlord.”
In a previous interview with Action News Jax, Burton expressed frustration with inflation and rising rent in the 5 Points area, which has driven multiple businesses out.
In the meantime, you can still find Mixed Fillings every Saturday at the Riverside Arts Market from 10 am – 3 p.m.
