In court today, former Duval County teacher Christopher Bacca pled “not guilty” to multiple counts of sexual battery.
Bacca is facing four charges of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years old and four counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under 12.
He was a teacher at Windy Hills Elementary when he was arrested last month.
He remains in jail at this time and his next court appearance will be September 13.
